STEP 1

•  Fill-out the New Family Application Information Form online.
  After submitting the online form, parents will receive an email with their login credentials to their Family Portal.

STEP 2

•   Submit scanned copies of all required documents to info@parefsouthcrest.edu.ph

Admission Requirements

1.   Church Marriage Contract (parents)
2.   PSA issued Birth Certificate (student)
3.   Baptismal Certificate (student, if Catholic)
4.   Recent 2 x 2 picture with blue background (student)
5.   NPEP Certificate of Attendance (PAREF parents)
6.   Report Card (SF9 Form) with LRN
(For Junior and Senior High School at least 85% Gen. Weighted Average)
7.    Guidance Recommendation Form duly accomplished by the Guidance Counselor or Principal.
8.    Certificate of Good Moral Character

STEP 3

Go through interviews

• Parents and students will be interviewed separately.

• Parents will be notified of the schedule of interviews by the admission officer.

STEP 4

• Pay the entrance test fee, PhP800.00/student.  After paying, send the screenshot of the transaction online to info@parefsouthcrest.edu.ph and accounting@parefsouthcrest.edu.ph.

•  The parents will be notified of the schedule of the entrance exam of their daughter/s through SMS or email.

Wait for the result. The admission officer will notify you through SMS or email.
